Heather Francisco
Heather Francisco has a true love for service and she’s eager to see the Scottville community grow in positive ways. Both in high school and college, Heather participated in theater, music, as well as environmental groups, she has a strong love of all things arts and nature. With over 27 years working with many nonprofits, such as Meals on Wheels and RFK Foundation, Heather’s life experience has dominantly been in roles supporting youth, aged persons, and those disabled and neurodiverse.
When she’s not advocating for arts and nature, Heather volunteers and works with her adult son supporting those with disabilities. At home, she can be found walking her yard with her 4 rescue cats or curled up on the sofa watching a good TV show. She also loves gardening and photographing the beauty of nature, AKA a bee paparazzi. Heather welcomes conversations about how we can better serve our community and protect and grow all our nation’s arts and nature. And, she is overjoyed to work with SCAN.
